At Holistic Wound Care of Las Vegas PLLC (HWCLV), we are committed to delivering high-quality medical services with professionalism and integrity. Due to the nature of healthcare services, all payments for consultations, treatments, and procedures are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Refund Policy - the basics

Prepaid Services

For services paid in advance (e.g., membership fees, bundled treatments), refunds may be considered only if the service has not yet been rendered and a written cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.

No Refunds for Missed Appointments

Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a no-show fee and are not eligible for refunds.

Digital Products or Educational Materials

All sales of digital content, educational materials, or downloadable resources are final and non-refundable.

Discretionary Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of HWCLV in rare cases involving billing errors or extenuating circumstances. Please contact our office in writing for any refund inquiries.
